Returns & Exchanges:

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition with all tags and labels on them. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 28 days of receiving your order, letting us know about your return or exchange request.
  2. Return Authorisation: We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item securely.
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging (if possible) and include the packing slip with a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a packing slip or an order number to be included. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive and verify your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method less shipping fees if applicable. The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
